Several owners succeeded each other until Jacky and Fran\u00e7oise Lorenzetti took over the estate in 2009. In 2012, the first trials in organic and biodynamic farming began. 2014: new gravity-fed winery designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte. 2019: the first official year of conversion to organic farming.
