Since 1935, the estate has been owned by the S\u00e9n\u00e9clauze family, who take care to preserve the identity of the estate and the signature of its wines. The vineyard covers around 40 hectares on a central plateau made up of gravel ridges typical of the Margaux appellation. The grape varieties reflect the M\u00e9doc tradition, with a predominance of Cabernet Sauvignon, accompanied by Merlot and Petit Verdot. The wines of Ch\u00e2teau Marquis de Terme are characterised by their harmonious structure and refined aromatic expression.
